Booking & Payment
- A 20% deposit is required to secure your date.
- Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
Setup Requirements
- Minimum space required: 360 booth: 3m x 3m, LED wall: 2.5m x 2.5m.
- Indoor or covered outdoor area only.
- A standard power outlet must be provided.
- We arrive 60 minutes before start time for setup.
Safety
- A trained operator will remain with the equipment at all times.
- Guests must follow staff instructions to ensure safe operation.
- Props are sanitised before use.
Damage & Responsibility
- The hirer is responsible for guest behaviour around equipment.
- Any deliberate damage may incur a repair fee.
Cancellation
- If you cancel within 48 hours of event date, full amount is due.
- If we must cancel due to equipment failure or emergency, you receive a full refund.
Media Use
- With your permission, we may use footage/photos for promotional purposes.
- If you prefer privacy, just let us know.
